The refurbishment of existing machines is a cost-effective alternative to a new purchase. This service is included in FLP Microfinishing’s range of services. In the autumn, we carried out an overhaul on the Peter Wolters machine type in the models AC480 to AC2000.
Our services included provision of spare and wear parts as well as replacement of components which can no longer be supplied. Modernised machines are also “upgraded” with new technology to the greatest extent possible.
In our experience, an overhaul is more cost-effective than buying a new machine from Asia in most cases. We see the following advantages:
