Loading robots

The C60 loading robot works in a compact modular processing cell. The precision grinding, lapping and polishing machines are often equipped with it as an interface to plane or plane-parallel machining. The use of pallet storage systems, an optical monitoring system for alignment and positioning of the parts in the templates and rotor discs allow for unmanned shift operation. The ultra-high capacity of the palletising system and the use of various pallet types number among the key benefits, as do the possible use of a quick-change system for the double gripper and a centring and turning station which allows for an innovative service in series production thanks to a control laser.
